Good news everyone, after new user reported to me that the app is block for them, I noticed that the app is limited to 100 users as long it is in test state for google. To ged rid of the test state and the security warnings on the OAuth consent screen the app needs to be verified by google. Requirement for the verification is a heompage with terms of use and privacy policy information for VidUp and a demo video which shows the API interaction of the app. All this is done by now and I could send the app to verification today.
So luckily in 4-6 weeks VidUp may be verfied, may be capable of serving new users und won’t show the security warning on authentication with your google account. Cross your fingers! 🙂
